In 2006 I learned to gild. I’ve been using this process extensively: 23k gold creates a dynamic and subtle surface. The paintings change as ambient light changes across the course of a day. This body of work is an annunciation of the interconnected energies of which we are all comprised.

Similar to the dynamic qualities of light on gold leaf, the continuum of energy in our metaphysical world mirrors that within each of us. My work explores the myriad ways in which these energies interact, coalesce, and reform.
