The full moon fills the night sky with a special kind of light. It is a kind of über dusk. On a clear night, it is not dark; and in the wintertime, a full moon glinting on snow is incredible. I watch the moon: she changes with each visit. She is one of the most mysterious things of this world.

This large painting marked a beginning of moon paintings. There are many moon paintings now. The title is borrowed from a line in a movie starring Cher, Moonstruck. The moon has an effect on me that is difficult to put into words. I wave at her, up in the sky. She is a great beauty.

The moon is always beautiful.
