Light is energy, a common conception about this thing that enables us to see the world. Light is dynamic. In this painting, I've imagined light as though it were fog, and as such, it can rise, float, or change direction. It is mobile. It is a conscious presence, that at times, gets curious.

This work was created using Venetian plaster, mica, oil paint, and 23k gold on yupo. It can be mounted on a round panel, or framed with a subtle rectangle. Get in touch if you wish to purchase this so we can discuss preparing it.
